Hot Vichysoisse
Dejan: Celery
Ailsa: Potatoes
Alf: Leeks, onions
Kim: on-site pot-tending
Milk - added at the end but not boiled!
Chop up ingredients: 10 minutes
Cooking time (after sweating onions, leeks, celery for a wee while): about 30 minutes
Can also be served cold. With cream on top it's extra tasty! We didn't puree this one - for a chunky winter mouth feel. Usually blast with a Bamix or similar.
